At LevelUp Edu Pvt Ltd, we are committed to creating impactful learning experiences. This policy outlines our transparent approach to refunds, cancellations, and deferrals for all our offerings — from recorded masterclasses to offline bootcamps.
By enrolling in any LevelUp program, you agree to the terms below.
• If the applicant is not selected after review
• If LevelUp team exercises discretion in special situations (e.g. duplicate payments, eligibility errors)
Once paid, this amount cannot be transferred to another program or participant unless officially approved.
A) Offline Bootcamps / Creator Camps / Residencies
Once your seat has been confirmed via payment, the program fee becomes non-refundable.
However, in the case of genuine emergencies (e.g. medical, family, or travel issues), the LevelUp team may allow you to:
• Defer your seat to a future edition (within the next 6–12 months), subject to availability
• Transfer your seat to a friend or colleague, subject to approval
This is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.
B) Live Online Programs (Cohorts / Mentorship Courses)
These are interactive programs with fixed batch sizes and dates.
• Refunds are allowed only within 48 hours of the first live session.
• After that, no refund or transfer will be permitted, even if the participant discontinues midway.
Deferrals may be considered in rare circumstances and will be communicated via email.
C) Recorded Masterclasses / Pre-Recorded CoursesThis includes ₹99–₹999 masterclasses, multi-course bundles, and self-paced offerings.
• No refunds are provided once the payment is made and access is granted.
• If you encounter technical issues or accidental duplicate payments, please write to us at admin@leveluplearning.in within 48 hours.
D) Custom Learning Plans or Enterprise Programs
Refunds or deferrals for company-sponsored sessions, brand collaborations, or group orders will follow the terms outlined in the custom agreement shared with you at the time of onboarding.
In the rare case that LevelUp must cancel or postpone a program (due to weather, illness, instructor unavailability, or operational issues), you will be eligible for:
• A rescheduled slot in the next edition, OR
• A credit note for a future LevelUp program of equal or lesser value
Refunds will only be issued if no alternative option is feasible, and such refunds will be processed solely at the discretion of the LevelUp team.
• All refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer only to the original payer.
• Please allow 7–10 working days from approval for the refund to reflect.
• GST, platform fees, or payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the total refund amount.
• If a participant fails to attend, joins late, or leaves mid-way during any program (offline or online), no refund or credit will be provided.
• We do not offer partial refunds for missed sessions.
Seat transfers (to a friend or family member) are only allowed for offline programs, and only before the program begins.
They must be pre-approved in writing and are subject to eligibility and seat availability.
