At LevelUp Edu Pvt Ltd, we primarily offer digital educational services such as online programs, recorded masterclasses, live bootcamps, and learning resources. However, for certain products (e.g., merchandise, physical workbooks, creator kits, etc.), we may arrange for physical delivery.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how such products, if applicable, will be delivered to you.

1. Digital Products (Default)

For all digital learning offerings:

• Access to recorded courses and live program links will be delivered via:

    ○ Email (to your registered email ID)
    ○ WhatsApp (if opted in)
    ○ Discord/Community portals (for select programs)

• Delivery timeline:

    ○ Instant access for masterclasses and recorded courses
    ○ Within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation for live programs or workshops
    ○ Zoom/Google Meet/Discord links are usually shared 12–24 hours before the session

If you do not receive access within the stipulated time, please email us at admin@leveluplearning.in with your payment details.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Occasionally, we may deliver physical items like:

• Creator Kits (ring lights, tripods, microphones – for select offline camps)
• Printed Workbooks or Welcome Packs
• Merchandise (T-shirts, certificates, badges, etc.)

For these cases:

• Delivery is handled by trusted third-party couriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, or India Post.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days from dispatch (based on location).
• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched.
