I enjoyed the venue and the wide array of writing experiences and perspectives that my colleagues brought to the event. The mentors were incredibly helpful, they guided me and even helped me develop some great plot points through brief but meaningful discussions.
This is my first time and i learned very well and organizing team was good and clam they guide easily and i recommed who want to learn ai and use it for your business in a smart way this is the right plaftform to learn.
After really long time i spent a whole day learning something new, was really engaging and thanks that i could meet people from different business background
Teachers are very friendly and so much giving of nature, really lucky to be part of this group, god bless you guys
Here's what I loved about the session 1) Extremely hands-on. Learnt first, used exactly what we learnt but in our personal space. 2) All the resources were provided - prompts, guides, credits, everything. 3) The fact that each team actually made an ad at the end of the workshop is crazy. It was very self-assuring. Loved that I was able to build 30 days worth of content all by myself in 5-6 days. I was able to optimise and automate workflows which required me to depend on 3-4 team members previously. Built products for my internal team that actually helped me scale my business.
The overall experience of the session and the knowledge shared was good. Introducing among each other in the session gives a great experience in meeting new people. Forming a team to create and solve the task made sharing of each other knowledge for collecting more creative ideas. I trust that that the gathering made might have fulfilled everyone on stepping out of the session. Thanks to all who organized the session.
I had a wonderful experience at Forge. Everything—from the location and faculty to the fellow participants—was excellent. The course content was thoughtfully designed, but what stood out the most were the interactive sessions. They helped me identify gaps in my writing and provided clear ways to improve. It’s truly a perfect place to learn, practice, and grow.
Already submitted, came back for drive link
The wiring exercises at the Retreat made me jump up and go about it like never before. The structure and the mentors were great. It’s not like I haven’t been writing earlier. But here, I got exactly what I needed to feel confident and I learnt how to actually go about doing what I wanna do - screen writing.
Had a great time, I thank you Forge for giving me the space, time and honest feedback to start my screenwriting journey. Allthough not perfect it did accomplish the job of putting you into the shoe of a screenwriter for sometime atleast. Its upto us to continue walking in these shoes.
Gave me a time to think about filmmaking
I highly recommend this program to people with ADHD.
Fantastic learning journey. Fun-filled activities with some amazing people from all over India, with mentors who were seriously super-excellent. I am now able to get on and 'just write' as the workshop cleared tonnes of cobwebs and clutter in my mind that prevented me from writing properly. I came out of the workshop a totally transformed person.
An unforgettable week filled with stories, creative discussions, and love from all corners of the world!!!
I absolutely loved the location, the people, the concept of a writing retreat in the hills, it gave me all the solace I needed to write
It was a lovely experience where all elements of going viral on insta was covered.
I have been thinking about filmmaking for a long time. And forge really helped me realise those dreams and I'll use all the things I've learned to make more magic! The choice to team us up with other forge members and the mentors that were chosen for us were someone that gelled well with all of our artistic sensibilities. So kudos..... Love, Asishey Uranw
If you’re someone who wants to start creating content but has no clue where to begin then this is your sign. Forge gave me exactly what I was missing: clarity, direction, and the confidence to just start.
The people, the experience, and the feeling was great, never felt that rush and emotions run through your mind and heart, the whole process felt very good, clubbing everything in just few days and helping us in this process was great
I started the course as a Finance coach who was unsure of creating content and came out of the 7 days at Goa with a deep understanding of story telling, hooks and scripting for insta in addition to basic editing knowledge . Would recommend this program to content creators who want to know how to become more viral on insta..
I loved that we got to learn everything for bringing an idea from script to the screen in such a short time. Everything was meticulously planned and thoughtfully curated. By they end of the course I got the confidence I was looking for to get into filmmaking.
Participating in The Forge wasn't just another program; it felt like a total mental recalibration. I came in looking for a roadmap, but I walked away with a completely new engine
I loved the overall engagement, the sense of community. Hands on learning and making friends for life who all have the same interest. The mentors did their best to impart their knowledge and make our films better. I really appreciate Forge for making this happen
Forge Creators wasn’t just a course… it was a full-on algorithm awakening 😄 It took me from “just posting” to actually understanding what’s going on behind the screen—how content clicks, why some things stick, and how the algorithm isn’t some mysterious villain… it’s just waiting to be understood (and maybe gently befriended). What stood out? The way everything was rolled out—slow, steady, and super solid. No content chaos, no info overload… just learning that actually lands. You don’t just scroll through it—you grow through it. Somewhere between reels and realisations, I found more clarity, more confidence, and a stronger creator voice. And the best part? I didn’t just gain insights… I gained a whole crew that gets it—and the jokes that come with it 😄 Forge gave me a community I’m definitely keeping for life—people who hype you up, call you out (nicely), and grow with you.💛
Guys, you just rekindled my love for filmmaking which I was very close to losing. Thanks a lot.
My life has taken a surprising turn. Not much has changed on the surface but I feel like an upgraded version of myself – a pro max with many new features. I was in Goa from 9 to 16 Feb attending a film making bootcamp organized by Forge by LevelUp Learning. At first I was sceptical but I am glad I took a chance because it was as genuine as it gets. There were real professionals teaching the real craft with industry grade equipment. It was incredible. It was like being at Universal Studios with multiple groups shooting multiple sequences all around me. There was tremendous opportunity for intellectual and creative stimulation. I cannot remember the last time I felt so excited and alive. So present in the moment. The good news is that I made my first short film from beginning to end, the quality of which surprised everyone including me. The bad news is that my life satisfaction has decreased significantly because now I constantly feel like I am underliving my potential. I can do more and be more.
Forge is something gave a great life time experience
This has for sure give me a great experience to the new world. It's a big learning for sure.
In one word (Amazing). Loved every bit of it, the way mentors helped in learning. Real time support, Entire team is so polite and generous. Learnt a lot in short span of time.
It was pretty good for a first timer to know about the reality of film making. The screening was the best part.
I was at a crossroads in my life, searching for a path that would give me true happiness and peace no matter the workload or time it demanded. Films had always fascinated me, and deep down, I always wanted to create one of my own.I had tried before, but I lacked confidence, the right team, and a clear direction. That changed when I joined the Forge Filmmaking Workshop. This experience transformed me. Today, I see a new version of myself someone ready to sacrifice time and comfort to bring a vision from paper to screen, and to feel the purpose that comes with it.Thank you for helping me rediscover who I am, reminding me of my goals, and giving me the confidence to chase them. I highly recommend the Forge Filmmaking Workshop to every cinephile and anyone who dreams of making films.
Loved it and this is the best thing I have done in ages
The people. Rahuls classes. Prakritis mentorship. Abhijeeths patience in teaching me to write a short division. Every part of it was great.
This is not like the fancy, relaxed courses which you see online. This is the Real deal. You will learn the technicalities and Mindset of storytelling, retention, and Reels. If you are serious about content creation, then this is for you.
Loved it too much. Can't wait to be there someday as a proud alumni or may be mentor/speaker
I absolutely loved the entire experience. The way everything was curated — the curriculum, the flow of sessions, and how each topic was taught and then practically implemented — was excellent. The mentors were fantastic and constantly pushed us to step out of our comfort zones while always being open to answering questions and guiding us whenever needed. A special mention to the production team as well, who were available at any time of the day and always ready to come down and help in every possible way. The storytelling session that Rahul started with deserves a special mention — it immediately clicked and made us feel that the entire trip was already worth it, even though it was just the first day. Overall, it was a truly great experience.
Bringing likeminded people on a single platform was the best experience
Forge was a great starting point for me as a beginner in content creation. The mentors were friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable, which made the learning experience comfortable and engaging. The seven days I spent in the program were memorable and helped me gain clarity and confidence in creating content. I’m grateful for the experience and would love to explore more of Forge’s programs in the future.
My experience at The Forge was truly unforgettable. The first thing that stood out to me were Rahul’s classes. Some of them were genuinely eye opening. There were moments during those sessions where I felt something shift inside me. Those classes stayed with me and I clearly remember many of the insights from them. One thing I would request is that if it is not already there, it would be amazing to have a place where all the notes, slide decks, and important materials from the classes are stored. It would really help to revisit the learning whenever we want. Another beautiful part of the experience was meeting 24 strangers who eventually became friends. Over the seven days we spent a lot of time together, talking, sharing stories, and getting to know each other. Slowly those strangers turned into people I genuinely connected with. I met some amazing individuals and formed some really meaningful bonds. In fact, we have already made plans to meet again in the future. I am leaving with a lot of great memories and friendships that I really value. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful. I have been living a city life for a long time and I rarely get to hear birds or see so much greenery around me. What I loved most about the place was its location and how close it felt to nature. One of the most magical parts for me was hearing the koel bird. I remember hearing their voices the moment I entered the resort. Over the next seven days that sound became so familiar. I woke up to it every morning and it honestly felt magical. Sometimes if I woke up early or had a little free time, I would go for a walk on the beach. Those walks were some of my favorite moments during the stay. I saw seagulls, cats, crabs, and even found a hermit crab and mud crabs on the beach. Living like that, so close to nature, felt really special. It reminded me of something we often forget in our busy city lives. Another thing I really appreciated was the rooms and the housekeeping. Every day while we were busy attending classes, the rooms would be cleaned. We would come back to a fresh and tidy space with our beds made. Personally I really like my environment to be clean, and since our days were full and quite exhausting, it was such a relief not having to worry about that. For seven days I did not have to think about cleaning the space I was living in, and I am really grateful for that. The food was also great overall. There were many options and most days the meals were delicious. On a few days the quality could have been a little better, but overall it was a good experience. After classes we often stayed up late together. We would talk, laugh, dance, and just enjoy each other’s company. Those late night moments with everyone were some of the most fun parts of the entire experience. One of the most unexpected and beautiful parts of the program was the experience at Rivona with Soul Travelling. It allowed us to see a completely different side of Goa, one that most people do not get to experience. I usually like exploring hidden gems when I travel, but even I did not know about these places. I knew about South Goa, but not the specific locations we visited. Hearing the stories of those places and learning about how they came into existence made the experience even more meaningful. I am really grateful that Forge included this in the program. I also loved that we were not told much about it beforehand. Experiencing it without expectations made it even more special. Overall, the entire journey was something I will always remember. Even days after coming back, I still felt the hangover of the experience. The learning, the people, and the memories stayed with me. If I ever get the chance, I would happily go back and relive it all again with those same 24 people. Thank you, Forge.
Its one of best decision I have made in long time...I really gain some confidence to write and pitch it.
I loved the days and learnings friends i made at forge
It was everything I had hoped for and more. The organisers went out of way to make the sessions interesting and they even pushed our limits when required. It was not just a happy go lucky session but something real was created out of it!
I said this on the day we were leaving that this cohort is like hogwarts for writers! The location was enchanting, the mentors are like visionary sages! ❤️ the hosting and bts staff are the friendliest facilitators you’ll ever come across. The whole experience was surreal to be honest! Not to forget the beautiful peers who as we were told were carefully chosen from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that we all learn and take inspiration from each other, truly forging an experience and friendships of a lifetime! Can’t thank the organisers enough for the magical week. Forge truly lives up to its name and I’d highly recommend it to everyone looking to literally level up in life and beyond.
The week at the Forge has been, so far, the best and most productive week of my life. I met some amazing people with whom I could talk about the one obsession I have in life, filmmaking. My regret is that I didn't do this sooner.
This is the only program in which you learn filmmaking by doing filmmaking. Mark my words, "few years down, this levelup community will be an unavoidable factor in the Indian Film Industry"
The overwhelming team that has been doing great work preparing the people to be better by creating the best possible environment to support them to correct their mistakes and improve their performance.
I just randomly signed up for the forge, and this is the best decision of my life. I completed my my first short film from idea to screening. The mentors takes care us like child teaches in best way possible in everything from screenplay, cinematography, pre-production, production, post-production evrything. And how I can forget about the best part is SCREENING. That's why I'm very happy. There is a lot to say but I can't explain my experience and feeling in some lines or words. This is pure immersive experience. Thanks a lot THE FORGE TEAM 🥰🥰
Loved the experience a great learning opportunity. We get hands on practical experience to feel the atmosphere of how a film is made so very useful.
The biggest takeaway? 👉 You don’t need to become someone else to grow. You need to become clearer about who you already are. Edition 13 gave me: • Direction instead of noise • The entire Process with pressure 😅 • Community instead of comparison I walked in as a creator with questions. I walked out with conviction. Grateful to the Level Up team and every creator from Edition 13 who made this experience real, raw, and unforgettable. This wasn’t the end of a program. It was the beginning of alignment. — Krishna Atram Founder, BEFORE EARLY STUDIO
I loved the sense of community. Being surrounded by people who were just as driven, curious, and vulnerable made the process feel safe and inspiring at the same time. I loved the moments between the work - late conversations, shared doubts, small breakthroughs. That’s where the learning really stayed with me.
Overall, the Forge was a meaningful and enriching experience. I really loved the learning environment, the exposure to new ideas , and the opportunity to interact with diverse people. The sessions were engaging and encouraged self-reflection, teamwork, and personal growth. The Mentors were supportive and made the experience enjoyable and impactful. Despite a few challenges, the forge helped me gain valuable insights and memories that i will carry forward.
The Forge was more than a workshop, it was a perspective shift. What I loved most about The Forge was the intention behind everything. Nothing felt rushed or superficial; every conversation pushed us closer to why we create. It was a safe space to be vulnerable, to fail, and to explore ideas without fear of judgment. The mentors didn’t just teach, they listened, which made it easier to trust the process and take creative risks. You walked in with questions and left with better, deeper ones. More than anything, The Forge reminded me that storytelling isn’t about approval, but about honesty. That shift in mindset is what truly stayed with me.
It was one of the best experiences i have had and definitely would never forget anything that i learnt here. Made super valuable connections there which are gonna go long way. Even forge team was awesome with everything and everything was very supportive and helpful
The Forge is THE ONE AND probably THE ONLY place to get wholesome film making hands-on experience and that to in the best way possible. The team here knows what they are doing and even better, they know what they want you to do as well. You do that and exactly that and you walk away from the program with happiness and gratitude on the left and right wings of your heart. Thank you team Forge for making me make my dream and showing me that " I am still worthy " ; (
I loved everything about forge. The excitement, the community, the supprt, the stress of shooting, the nervousness of editing, the anxiety of holding cameras & making a film for someone, the wait for the screening & the response on the films after the screening.
Forge is once in a lifetime experience, I never thought I would spend a week with complete strangers learning filmmaking, making friends and shooting. I’m happy I enrolled.
Had a great learning experience at The Forge. Although there are many things that could have been done better but considering all is done in just 8 days, and we end up making our own cinema in just 8 days is a milestone in itself.
Forge was more than just a filmmaking program it was an experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone and reminded me why I fell in love with cinema. From ideation to execution, every step felt real and hands-on. The mentors didn’t just teach techniques; they challenged our thinking and encouraged us to trust our stories. What I loved most was the environment being surrounded by passionate filmmakers, collaborating under pressure, and actually creating a film rather than just talking about it. Forge helped me gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper respect for the craft. It truly feels like a meaningful step forward in my filmmaking journey.
Honestly the best gif t I have got out this forge program, before this year ends is the sheer confidence. The confidence , that says that you don’t need to get everything figured out before you jump. You just need great people to jump and the process will automatically mould it into something magical. Aaaand there’s truly nothing enabling than that. Thank you, to the entire forge team for the experience. You guys would be in a lot of blessings!
The Forge is a rare space to get truly hands-on with filmmaking. Whether you step in as a director, actor, or technician, you’re encouraged to wear multiple hats, and in the process, you realise it’s never just your film, it’s the team’s. A valuable experience for anyone hungry to learn, collaborate, and apply the craft in real conditions. Highly recommended.
It was truly the most wholistic and immersive experience I could’ve ever asked for in a beginner friendly filmmaking atmosphere. The mentors were so kind and helpful and the cohort was full of bright and sweet people. I didn’t think it was even possible to learn so much in so little time. And in the funnest way possible. The course and additional material and mentors and guides and everyone at the resort made a whole week feel so short and fleeting. It was the best platforms for me to get a start on something I find so sacred. there’s always some apprehension that what you want is far beyond your reach, at forge it all seems possible. More than anything the team at forge makes for such a healthy and fun place to learn. I’ll always thank my stars for the Instagram ad that led me to this course :))
Guidance, hospitality, food, accomodation, building network almost everything was well designed.
I loved how I was able to meet some great friends whom I will work with in the future and how I met people from everywhere and found a sense of familiarity in our passions and dreams and how we were able to make art together.
best spontaneous decision ever! Met so many amazing people from all over India with such varied backgrounds! That in itself was worth the price of admission but you also get to make movies!? I’m sold. Taught me a lot about filmmaking and equipped me to go out there and make my next project!
I really loved the environment. The people you know some people don’t even know what is filmmaking and they just came up with a story. Some personal story and FORGE made them do filmmaking. It might not be perfect, but you know they actually did something which didn’t felt amateur.
Absolutely loved the entire experience. Made major strides towards visualising and executing my ideas. Got to experiment with equipment I had never touched before. And the final day of screening, where I got to show my film to all my peers and mentors was probably one of the greatest moments of my artistic career.
Forge wasn’t just a program for me, it was a turning point. In just 12 days, I went from holding a camera to creating my own short film. The best part was being mentored by professionals who’ve worked on Emmy-nominated projects and Netflix films was surreal but what stood out most was how personally invested they were in us. They pushed us, corrected us, stayed back late, and taught us from real experience.
The team of forge is fire The execution is fire Organising and planning is fire
It was really amazing. My mentor madhu was good. Sharanaya mam was really good. All else we're good
I enjoyed Forge a lot. I couldn’t believe I learnt and made a short movie in such a short time period. Kudos for this program and for a professional setup.
I came to the Forge looking for one answer and ended up going back with 3 beautiful things - clarity on whether or not short films (for now) is my way forward (it's a YES!), a vibrant community of like-minded passionate storytellers, and falling in love with every moment I imagine myself either writing a script, holding a camera, calling 'Action' and 'Cut', editing the layers beneath or finding my name as the credits roll. The guerrilla filmmaking approach is a beautiful concept, and while hectic, it was definitely fun, and like my mentor said, no matter what happens, always enjoy the process. Thank you, Forge, for giving me the courage to take the first step... and soon, many more!
The forge gave me an outlet to fulfill my own vision to tell a story rather than being a part of someone else's vision, I got to learn a lot about myself as a person and as a creative individual and ended up making friends for life💖
Forge has given me an opportunity to live my long buried dream of pursuing the art of film making. It has given me belief to step into and redeem myself in the world of movies
The forge . A magical experience in my life … at the first day of forge I didn’t expect the level of knowledge I will learn.. At first I’m too shy to talk to others BUT it’s completely opposite of my thoughts.. I made friends for my rest of my life . This particular trip changed my perspective in life , it changed me as a better person… It’s sooo magical that every memory there are flashing in front of my eyes like a literal movie
This filmmaking bootcamp was a game changer. Every session — from script to direction to editing — gave me real clarity. Huge thanks to the mentors & collaborators for such a practical, inspiring experience. 🙏🎥
These few days at the Forge Goa -Edition 10 has surpassed my expectations of a filmmaking bootcamp. It has been an incredible learning and productive journey which has allowed me to explore and find my voice and style that has set my grounds as a filmmaker. Also being amongst like minded individuals (batchmates and mentors) with a creative drive and passion for the art of filmmaking has been amazing. This is just the beginning of a long creative journey that lies ahead for all us and I'm glad to have been part of this community.
great experience and had meat such passionate people
Forge is a transformational experience of exploring self and knowing othet souls. It is about being part of same passionate, crazy bunch of psople where age is just a number.
Still collecting words to describe!!!!!!
Loved every bit of it. A great learning experience.
I found my friends for life and gang for life to make films and wonderful mentor like sharan and Sharanya ma’am to learn it changed my PoV about life in a lot of sense
For me Forge was a push I needed in my content creation journey. The mentors gave me an insight of content creation which I have never experienced. And the Forge team is always there to support you.
Loved the people, loved the process, overall perfect for people struggling to just go for it
I enjoyed Forge Content Creator Camp and helped me to shed inhibitions to appear in front of Camera. Abhirav Shetty promises that he'll keep Cinevanshi and his Forge certificate as a Badge of Honour to remind how importance it is to be relevant in Digital World.
It was such a great experience. I truly enjoyed every bit of it! I made new friends, spent time at the resort and beach, explored and learned so many new things. The program was really motivating and gave me a more technical and structured approach to content creation.
Being a part of Forge’s Creator bootcamp was a great experience overall! The program gave me a solid understanding of the world of content creation from ideation to execution. The community was honestly one of the best parts, everyone was so supportive, creative, and fun to be around. Receiving insights from mentors who were creators themselves were valuable and made the whole journey super inspiring!
Forge was a powerful reset. I came in with years of experience, but the space helped me reconnect with my creative instincts—especially through scripting and facing the camera. What stood out most was the community: mentors like Sai, Prakriti, Rahul, Thrishal, and Advin made it feel personal, not just professional. Forge isn’t just a program—it’s a movement I’d be proud to support.
Overall a must do experience for whatever stage in your creative journey you are it you will have something to take away from it
I had an amazing experience at the Forge filmmaking workshop! It truly stood out from other bootcamps because of its hands-on approach, something you can’t find anywhere else. We covered the entire filmmaking process, from writing and directing to cinematography and editing, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of the craft. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making the learning experience both fun and impactful
The overall experience is really great , amazing and very professional The best is with Forge Team
The way "the forge" provided us the facilities to learn film making was really awesome. They had created a learning environment for us. I will be always grateful to the forge.
I loved the experience and everything about forge .
A perfectly planned event, good atmosphere to learn and apply it live. Hands on experience and great guidance.. Its a lovely opportunity to meet the people who has the same passion as yours and get connected. Must have experience.. Don't miss it.
It was the amazing experience of my life where we have feel or learn the vivid picture of cinematography
Forge was simple amazing. The whole team felt like a family for a week and the mentors guided us really well. I loveddd planning the whole film from start to end and was really happy with the end result. This would not have been possible without the amazing guidance we got. <3
It was wonderful experience as I got to know so many people
Experiential learning at its best. If you want to learn how to produce good level of video content and gain an understanding of what it takes to make something, Forge is an excellent medium to learn.
Strangers turning into friends and colleagues, discussions and brainstorming sessions, listening to different stories and perspectives—overall, it was a very fresh and enriching experience. The mentors gave their 100% in guiding us, and I personally gained a lot of wisdom through one-on-one mentorship sessions tailored to address my specific hurdles in storytelling.
I loved the way I was too nervous as I aspire to become a director in future but I'm here fir the writers retreat and I've never read a book in my life. So I was worried about how I would crack it. But through mentorship and having a good company of writers around I got to know that I'm not a stranger but I can actually write. I'm a visual writer so most of my writing was how a director would write a script. But through learning the way of a writer. I could actually write a pretty decent writers screenplay throughout this program. So that was a big help.
Best part about forge was the way they bring the community of creatives together, the treatment the mentors and organisers help us with - The attention to detail on our well being, the hosting It all culminated to us falling in love with our craft even more
