Its a Good Filmmaking Workshop for a Aspiring Filmmaker.

The session covered all the points with clear and concise manner. Surely value for Money for not just a seasoned moviemaker even for an amateur as well.

A must for any aspiring screen writer... Level up or you may miss the big picture

Everyone thinks they can write because they like, but it when we sit to write something is when we realise we lack technique. That is exactly where this workshop came into play. I will definitely put all the suggestions into practice and I have a good feeling I will be able to write better.

As far as my Knowledge your Platform is good in hosting Movie related skills knowledge workshops.

I write stories, so understanding the nuances of screenwriting would help me writing better and not just a book but may be a visual novel. In any case this session did gave me better insight about technical aspects of screenwriting. Anyone interested in this industry should attend this workshop as this is a fast track program for budding writers.

I’ve been always interested in stories and cinema in particular. But this had always been as a listener/watcher. Of course just like everyone I also like to tell my stories, even if it was something interesting that happened in the day. Yet, I never know how to tell my stories. So I ended up shutting myself down and just not tell the stories I want to tell. With the interest in movies, I had been playing around with the idea of telling my stories via this medium. So I ended up with this workshop. It has inspired me and has made me serious about it. It gave me some tools to begin with and the confidence, the push I needed. So genuinely most thankful to LevelUp for conducting it. Really Appreciate it.

Umsure, couldn't attend due to an all of a sudden, unavoidable meeting, but assume everything taught was new cuz it's not something I've learnt

Aspiring writers are in plethora but having the edge is what matters.

I came to this workshop with zero knowledge of screenplay writing and it was mind blowing to get to hear so many insightful aspects of it. I have been a movie buff since always and getting to know some of the technicalities of it really feels amazing. Thankyou for the workshop.

This was a very interesting workshop! The way the topic was approached, and for us, people who don't have much experience but only enthusiasm and curiosity for Screenwriting and Filmmaking. The knowledge that I got in this workshop, despite the less time, was very valuable.

The workshop is well-structured for anyone to dive into the world of script writing. Praveen is a great teacher, I was gripped from start to end. After attending this workshop, I am able to breakdown a lot of movies I've watched and understand how the story has been created keeping the basics in mind. Learned a lot and definitely found value from attending this 3-hr workshop.

Great initiative for people who work on bringing their ideas to screen writing areas and journey of a hero , and character arcs and more.

Informative for a complete beginner providing a framework for any future works

It was really awesome . I’m a student and I want to be a screenwriter and a director and this is my first step towards it and it was really good !!!

I loved that there were video examples of each and every editing tool we were being taught, it helped understand the usage of each cut very nicely. The session was engaging and very interesting!

I like the fact that they don't waste much time on unnecessary details. And we actually learnt something useful. It's like going into the behind the scenes of the creative process. As a newcomer with a lost of interest to create videos, it was the perfect about of information and intensity. They were successful in making me sit for 3 hours at a stretch. And I think it's an achievement in itself for getting started.

This workshop gives a completely overview of how editing industry works. It will make us more watchful for the detailing while watching movies or videos and we can learn lot more

I have a green screen studio with good audio setup. I used it to develop my training videos during COVID. This training gave understanding on how a story can be translated into a movie. Key technical aspects of planing and development, production and post production. It was useful for me.

Workshop was very systematic and structured and really gave a good understanding of basics of film direction. Praveen is very knowledgeable and loved his detailing of a scene.

Praveen is a wonderful director of this short journey with a simple yet nuanced insightful introduction to the world of direction. To steal the three pillars for this work that he sets out, the pacing and preamble is artistic, the ideas and discussions are scientific, and the commerce is apt.

For a beginners' workshop, it was good enough and had a lot more insights than its counterparts. More than worthy of the fee and looking forward to attending more of theirs in the future.
