It was really great. I got to know a lot about screen writing and it's structure. As a novice it was a wonderful experience for me
Bringing likeminded people on a single platform was the best experience
Forge was a great starting point for me as a beginner in content creation. The mentors were friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable, which made the learning experience comfortable and engaging. The seven days I spent in the program were memorable and helped me gain clarity and confidence in creating content. I’m grateful for the experience and would love to explore more of Forge’s programs in the future.
Yes, I’ve attended the workshop and it’s pretty cool
I loved the examples of each topic and deep explanation he gave and basic components of a story and difference between story and screen play . And he explains the character arc and role of antagonist and needed things of an protagonist
The workshop is good for ever time and made professional work shop it's very useful for me
Explained most of the concepts with the movie scenes are really useful , but further contents need to be taken, as it feels like somethings missing at the end.
The thing I liked the most was the use actual film scenes of some great movies to explain the concepts in a better way.
My experience at The Forge was truly unforgettable. The first thing that stood out to me were Rahul’s classes. Some of them were genuinely eye opening. There were moments during those sessions where I felt something shift inside me. Those classes stayed with me and I clearly remember many of the insights from them. One thing I would request is that if it is not already there, it would be amazing to have a place where all the notes, slide decks, and important materials from the classes are stored. It would really help to revisit the learning whenever we want. Another beautiful part of the experience was meeting 24 strangers who eventually became friends. Over the seven days we spent a lot of time together, talking, sharing stories, and getting to know each other. Slowly those strangers turned into people I genuinely connected with. I met some amazing individuals and formed some really meaningful bonds. In fact, we have already made plans to meet again in the future. I am leaving with a lot of great memories and friendships that I really value. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful. I have been living a city life for a long time and I rarely get to hear birds or see so much greenery around me. What I loved most about the place was its location and how close it felt to nature. One of the most magical parts for me was hearing the koel bird. I remember hearing their voices the moment I entered the resort. Over the next seven days that sound became so familiar. I woke up to it every morning and it honestly felt magical. Sometimes if I woke up early or had a little free time, I would go for a walk on the beach. Those walks were some of my favorite moments during the stay. I saw seagulls, cats, crabs, and even found a hermit crab and mud crabs on the beach. Living like that, so close to nature, felt really special. It reminded me of something we often forget in our busy city lives. Another thing I really appreciated was the rooms and the housekeeping. Every day while we were busy attending classes, the rooms would be cleaned. We would come back to a fresh and tidy space with our beds made. Personally I really like my environment to be clean, and since our days were full and quite exhausting, it was such a relief not having to worry about that. For seven days I did not have to think about cleaning the space I was living in, and I am really grateful for that. The food was also great overall. There were many options and most days the meals were delicious. On a few days the quality could have been a little better, but overall it was a good experience. After classes we often stayed up late together. We would talk, laugh, dance, and just enjoy each other’s company. Those late night moments with everyone were some of the most fun parts of the entire experience. One of the most unexpected and beautiful parts of the program was the experience at Rivona with Soul Travelling. It allowed us to see a completely different side of Goa, one that most people do not get to experience. I usually like exploring hidden gems when I travel, but even I did not know about these places. I knew about South Goa, but not the specific locations we visited. Hearing the stories of those places and learning about how they came into existence made the experience even more meaningful. I am really grateful that Forge included this in the program. I also loved that we were not told much about it beforehand. Experiencing it without expectations made it even more special. Overall, the entire journey was something I will always remember. Even days after coming back, I still felt the hangover of the experience. The learning, the people, and the memories stayed with me. If I ever get the chance, I would happily go back and relive it all again with those same 24 people. Thank you, Forge.
To be honest it was my first time attending such a workshop and I enjoyed everything.

The LevelUp filmmaking workshop was truly inspiring. What I loved most was how it explored cinema beyond just technical aspects, focusing on storytelling, vision, and the thought process of a filmmaker. The interactive sessions and real-world insights made it a valuable learning experience. It motivated me to watch films differently and push myself creatively as a filmmaker.
I see this as a good opportunity to learn about film making. The explanations are good and really interesting. It has sown curiosity within me to learn further about film making. The topics were neatly presented and video clips were shown for clear understanding of the concept. I would suggest this course to anyone who aspires film direction. Thank you!

I'm a complete beginner in this field so didn't know what to expect from the workshop but I'm glad that I got to know some of the basics about screenwriting..🙂
I just loved the way of teaching. A blank paper at the starting would be filled with some interest and formative stuff at the end.
It's helping me a lot, like, there is so much in my brain but I strongly to put it on paper.. So this gave me a idea, like some kind of structure to start writing.. Sooo I'm looking forward for learning more.. Thank you
The explanations with examples through screen sharing were very clear and easy to understand.
It was a very good journey to the world of cinematography. Now we can imagine how different people see one aspect in different ways and the Power of visuals. 🙏
I had gain so much knowledge because of this workshop
Mr. Sarvesh kept all attendees captivated by his methods. It's not that other mentors don't know this same stuff it's the way you present them or try to explain then that makes or breaks it. For instance he was not using any over the top products or technics, he was using simple examples to explain a vast concept in a easy way.
Filmography workshops typically teach foundational lighting techniques to help beginners create cinematic looks. These focus on controlling light’s direction, quality, intensity, and shape for mood and storytelling.
I recently fell in love with presenting a story by art of recording. Got good camera and felt the need of keep upgrading accessories but today in this workshop i understood the fundamentals.. what the audience is built to see vs how is it done. The SHOT framework and in depth examples and everything made me fall in love with cinematography more and more.
Please notify me whenever you arrange the workshop for wedding video editing
I love the way trainer explained and interacted with us.
I was not present today, please provide me recording I paid extra fees for this lacture, hope team help me. Thank You
Your film presents a clear and engaging concept with strong visual moments, particularly in the way you framed the emotional close-ups. The performances feel natural and help ground the story, though some dialogue could be delivered with more pauses to enhance realism. The cinematography shows thoughtful composition, but a few lighting choices create shadows that slightly distract from the scene. Editing is generally smooth, however tightening the pacing in the opening would strengthen the overall impact. With more attention to sound balance and subtle transitions, this project has the potential to feel even more polished and cinematic

Please notify me for Wedding Story Workshop
I want to learn how to edit wedding story
Ohh it is a great workshop, i like it, it is very usable for every beginner
It was insightful. Especially the examples you gave through movie scenes helped me understand better.
It was short but a good primer for people aspiring for screenwriting as a career. The dissections and breakdown of various components of screenwriting were interesting to hear and decode. I must say I won't see films normally anymore after this session, I also know now when someone says 'screenplay not great' what does it mean.
I like this webinar I learn how to search entire story from raw footage. If you should arrange workshop for editing of wedding story. I will attend
The experience of the basic was clear and enjoyed without boring.
Amazing, I'm completely new, I decided to write a screenplay less than a week back and i learnt so much in just 2 hours
The element of the workshop which I liked the most, was that the instructor explained the theory using examples of movies which were familiar to us. That helped us understand even better, and I feel like more such latest examples in upcoming workshops would be even better. I also personally felt that the instructor was not so energetic; I kept seeing "boring" multiple times in the chat box. So I think it would be very helpful for the instructor to improve his speaking skills, mainly to do with his energy, tone, speaking pace, clarity, etc. this would allow be a cherry on the top and make you and your workshop unstoppable. This is my opinion.
As I informed before I'm a photographer concentrate on events. Some tips and knowledge shared in this cinematography session helped me to gain some knowledge.
basics of color grading, building contrast and more
Way concepts were explained theoretically and practically
It was great with multiple demonstrations on projects, also on how before and after colour grading can bring the day-night difference
The clarity of the Mentor's speech and slow pace talking helped me understand all the complexity of the colour grading process.
The starting & mid part, the fundamentals of colors, difference, contrast, examples like music, tune and emotion, interactive exercises etc. mentor started from the very basics, which is good
it was super informative and helpful, the mentor really took us through the elements of colour grading from the thought process to actual application
The way nav explained color grading very nicely
The way of teaching and understanding the 4 W mantras in Cinematography
One of my main expectations of me was to get a little deeper aspects of the film making that will actually make me a better audience and appreciate things that normal ones can't and as promised in the beginning of the workshop that was delivered very well. Cost of the advanced course was also affordable and worthy contents. Would recommend to understand the core techniques in film making as a director
Everything was good. The SHOT Explanation is awesome. Learned about the virtual story telling not a just frames.
The cinematography workshop was incredible. The mentor guided us with such patience and clarity, almost like a personal coach. I learned so many practical techniques and the 2 hours of time is worth learning.
The cinemotography class covered topics that are not usually covered in basic courses or worshops. In particular, i want to say that the part that discussed viaul storytelling was enlightening. Planning shots interms of 4Ws and finding the visual story behind a still shot opened new understanding about cinemotography.
Showing example and explaining through screengrabs
A very clear and foundation building exercise by sir helps one dig deeper. When we watch any youtube video we gain knowledge, but here sir challenges us to think and the interactive session helps it a lot to brainstorm and this our concepts get very cleared in our mind. I recommend every aspiring cinemat , it's worth the talk. All the best.
Learning by the experienced professional with examples easy to understand.
It was truly a great session to understand the basics of filmmaking. The workshop was well-structured and highly informative, making complex concepts easy to grasp even for beginners.
Such a great session I've ever seen! And It's not like a beginners level it's so professional I loved it...At the beginning I had a thought that it's like other session but then It changed my whole mindset . Seriously I learnt a lot and I loved it Thank you.❤️
Like the communication was really good The basics which help a lot of people with these
The workshop provided an incredible deep dive into the transition from script to screen. I particularly valued the sessions on lens selection and blocking, as they bridged the gap between theoretical storytelling and practical on-set execution. The instructor’s ability to break down complex visual language into actionable steps was a game changer for my current projects. It was a masterclass in both the art and the logistics of the chair
I really loved the way everything has been taught with the most apt examples, and I didn't feel that it's in online mode hampering my understanding with the concept. The way scenes from various movies has been used to make the concept easy to understand, was truly beneficial at my end.
The course catered to absolute beginners like me. The trainer was able to hold my attention all through the course. The content didn't feel alien to me since the examples used were pretty familiar to me and hence made the course relatable and interesting. I was glad to not have felt overwhelmed at any point during the session.
It was a good experience altogether. The things were explained very well and with the help of the specific movie scenes the understanding was really better
Though i'm a thorough beginner in screenwriting I never felt overwhelmed all through the course. New topics were introduced with simple and familiar examples from movies I had already watched. The movie examples were chosen keeping in mind all the people signed up for the course and hence I didn't for once get the thought of being introduced to an alien topic. The transition from a basic story to a fully shot scene was very enlightening to know how sound design and cinematography play the magic along with the script. Overall, the trainer was able to encapsulate overwhelming aspects of the subject into simple and digestible aspects while continuously holding my attention into the 2-hour training. The workshop felt so interesting that I immediately signed up for the mastery program without a second thought. Kudos to the training team!
It's a great experience as a beginner to understand the field of screenplay writing
It was good. liked the use of relevant video clips from movies as examples to understand the concept
Good examples with video/movie clips shown. Helped understand the concept better

Umm I think it was the best 2 hours of the day which was changed my thinking about story telling and also the way of writing I just want say this is the best workshop thank you ❤️
I honestly did not expect to learn so much in a single workshop. The mentor gave various examples that were easy to understand and explained everything very keenly within the limited time. I thought I had a little idea about scriptwriting, but after everything that was taught today, it showed me what is actually going on and what should be happening on paper. Very helpful and informative. Thank you.
The 2 hour Filmmaking workshop summarises key theories, language and logistics required by every member on any film set. I am an actor and I wanted such a crash course on the basics of filmmaking as it is a part of my craft too.
It was very innovative. Enlightening session
Really great workshop so great Praveen sir🔥🔥

In two hours to cover almost the entire spectrum of ilm direction is commendable indeed. Loved the practical application of rules through few very powerful films. WAY TO GO👍
Nothing to say but I learned few things.
As An Actor and Acting Trainer, I am very much happy and satisfied with this workshop. I learnt the nuances of film making. I loved how Pravin Sir showed us a scene and explained it to us. It made me the process understand easily.
This is my first class in film direction so it's natural to like it. But I really liked the class. I was able to learn a lot in a short time. The teacher is very good.
yes honestly i love the way mentor teach all the things and also make sure the all of us understand it thoroughly
It was wonderful n insightful workshop Has immense knowledge about film direction
As both a total beginner and a massive film addict, I can’t recommend Praveen Sir enough! He has a way of breaking down complex concepts so they actually make sense. I’ve learned an incredible amount about the craft of filmmaking in such a short time of 2 hours. If you want to turn your passion into skills, this is the place to be!
Being a complete beginner i didn't know what grammer, shot setting, scene setting in cinematography. I have a youtube channel where I will apply recording my shots this way.
Honestly I love the way mentor teach the things so deeply and also make sure that all the learner understand and keep it with them.
It was elaborative and it talked about a wide range of films and topics. Thanks a lot
