Techniques explained simply. Good to have such an easyto follow course for aspiring filmmakers

Session started with the ideation of the characters in the film, the goal and the factors effect each situation of a scene that a writer must take into consideration while writing a script. The interesting part of session was the structure of scene that made us understand how the goal of scene is presented in a particular time frame. Last but not the least the softwares that are useful for writting a script.

It was amazing and definietly worth joining the workshop. As a unknown person about this field i gained a lot of knowledge.

It was very informative and instructors teaching with examples from movies gives viewer strong understanding of the concept. His style of teaching is itself like a movie with a start, middle and end hooking the viewers that resulted into intriguing teaching.

I really loved the way Praveen broke down the whole storytelling/screenwriting process into Step 1, Step 2, and so on. I have learned how to start with a story from the workshop.

As i said I am a beginner so I got more than enough knowledge and it will take some time to digest. So this course is must needed for Beginners who are confused and who are eager to make their writing skills smooth.

A must for any aspiring screen writer... Level up or you may miss the big picture

Everyone thinks they can write because they like, but it when we sit to write something is when we realise we lack technique. That is exactly where this workshop came into play. I will definitely put all the suggestions into practice and I have a good feeling I will be able to write better.

I write stories, so understanding the nuances of screenwriting would help me writing better and not just a book but may be a visual novel. I’ve been always interested in stories and cinema in particular. But this had always been as a listener/watcher. Of course just like everyone I also like to tell my stories, even if it was something interesting that happened in the day. Yet, I never know how to tell my stories. So I ended up shutting myself down and just not tell the stories I want to tell. With the interest in movies, I had been playing around with the idea of telling my stories via this medium. So I ended up with this workshop. It has inspired me and has made me serious about it. It gave me some tools to begin with and the confidence, the push I needed. So genuinely most thankful to LevelUp for conducting it. Really Appreciate it.
