Being part of the short film making workshop was an eye-opening experience. Rahul G sir made each session engaging and practical, breaking down complex concepts into simple, creative steps. What I loved most was how he encouraged us to think beyond the ordinary and express stories with our own unique voice. The workshop didn’t just teach me about film making, it sparked a passion to create and showed me that storytelling is truly an art that connects people. I’d recommend this experience to anyone who wants to explore their creativity and grow in a supportive community

The details you shared was very goood, levelup filmmaking is a comfortable space where i can easily learn everything about filmmaking

The way of explaining the writing terminology with the help of real movie scenes was very good. It really helps us understand the core concept of screenplay and screenwritin.

The workshop gives you the exposure and insights how to get started on making a shortfilm which helps people get practical experience and learn alot.

The workshop was amazing, at par with my expectations. It felt like a guidance wrapped in creative thinking with zeal and excellent command over teaching. It is not easy to keep up the pace when so many minds are constantly nagging with the ideas, as stories and storytelling is a work of perseverance. I really appreciate Avinash for his positive and warm introductory session to cheer up the room and get everyone ready for learning, and ofc Praveen for his efforts throughout the session. I would say the way he took command over to explain every reference in the movie scenes were impeccable and I would really wish to learn that from him. For the love of stories and storytelling. I had a really great time in this workshop, got to know a lot of details about filmmaking which I didn't knew before. It gave me a clarity about the craft, earlier I only had cluttered Ideas but now I'm pretty clear.

It was very informative for a foundational session

It was a nice workshop hence I am working as writer for quite sometime so i knew everything which is tought in class still I am happy to join the class.

The workshop was really helpful the basis of screenwriting, character building and storytelling very good experience.

A detailed information about components of a story! The characters and everything!

This workshop gives a basic idea on storytelling and scriptwriting. The concepts are explained in an easy to understand manner using different clips of movies and examples.

Most contest was a revision for me, but the thing's where it use it was some new information with a sample presentation by the host was too helpful

It's good for those who are completely new to screenwriting. Those who already have some background in cinema studies, screenwriting and film application - they might find it to be too basic or peripheral. However, not all the basic concepts are touched upon in these 2 hours. Maybe they could have a longer session of 3-4 hours to touch upon every basic concept. For those inclined for a deeper understanding, they have provide an offer to subscribe to their Screenwriting Mastery course with more than 50% discount (INR 4999).

I believe the terminologies are the most important things to be looking at as a beginner. The course has provided the same. However, Its clear that Mastery class is necessary to understand concepts in depth. The basic program generally would be a marketing program for the master class.

It's really a great and useful workshop and this was my first experience attending workshop session i learnt more things about screen writing today and mentor explanation was clear and good with better related examples

I absolutely loved the way a director came onto the platform to teach us the various aspects of filmmaking. A lot of these programs have internal mentors who teach and most of the time, there is no credibility. Brutal, I know, but that's true. So, seeing an expert conduct the session gives us a foundation and that was commendable. Loved that about this workshop.

I love the step by step explanation of the basic. From finding inspiration to premise to script writing, then Pre production, MISE EN SCENE, Production and post production etc.

The screenplay writing session was very insightful. I learned the fundamentals of storytelling — difference between story and incident, key components like protagonist, goal, conflict, and stakes, as well as character arcs (positive, negative, flat). The part on “want vs. need” using film examples was especially clear and useful. Overall, it gave me a strong foundation and sparked curiosity to learn more.
