The forge . A magical experience in my life … at the first day of forge I didn’t expect the level of knowledge I will learn.. At first I’m too shy to talk to others BUT it’s completely opposite of my thoughts.. I made friends for my rest of my life . This particular trip changed my perspective in life , it changed me as a better person… It’s sooo magical that every memory there are flashing in front of my eyes like a literal movie
This filmmaking bootcamp was a game changer. Every session — from script to direction to editing — gave me real clarity. Huge thanks to the mentors & collaborators for such a practical, inspiring experience. 🙏🎥
These few days at the Forge Goa -Edition 10 has surpassed my expectations of a filmmaking bootcamp. It has been an incredible learning and productive journey which has allowed me to explore and find my voice and style that has set my grounds as a filmmaker. Also being amongst like minded individuals (batchmates and mentors) with a creative drive and passion for the art of filmmaking has been amazing. This is just the beginning of a long creative journey that lies ahead for all us and I'm glad to have been part of this community.

Forge is a transformational experience of exploring self and knowing othet souls. It is about being part of same passionate, crazy bunch of psople where age is just a number.

I found my friends for life and gang for life to make films and wonderful mentor like sharan and Sharanya ma’am to learn it changed my PoV about life in a lot of sense
The depth in which we talked and exploring the other Indian folklores
To revisit the film, and to discuss it patiently was fun. I have been going through an exercise of studying and sitting with movies that I've already watched. So, this was a good session to have fresh perspectives.

I'm extremely grateful for your team for giving me this opportunity of learning loads of things about screenwriting. I'll be staying in this community for learning more and upgrading myself with respect to screenwriting. Whatever I learnt in this workshop, the key takeaway is, I'll be looking forward to learn and collaborate with the mentors in your team.

This was my first workshop has a basic picture abt screenplay and story writing

For me Forge was a push I needed in my content creation journey. The mentors gave me an insight of content creation which I have never experienced. And the Forge team is always there to support you.
'The Screenwriting worship was amazing. I learnt a lot about story talking and writing screen play. The class taken by Mr. Praveen was so extensive and eye opening.

I enjoyed Forge Content Creator Camp and helped me to shed inhibitions to appear in front of Camera. Abhirav Shetty promises that he'll keep Cinevanshi and his Forge certificate as a Badge of Honour to remind how importance it is to be relevant in Digital World.
Basically, it was my first workshop regarding the writings and all and you teach basics first that was good! I enjoyed the character development and dialogue building part, that was informative for me.
The explanation on the basics of screenwriting process was good. Could have been explained in detailed with a screenplay and a scene.

It was such a great experience. I truly enjoyed every bit of it! I made new friends, spent time at the resort and beach, explored and learned so many new things. The program was really motivating and gave me a more technical and structured approach to content creation.

Being a part of Forge’s Creator bootcamp was a great experience overall! The program gave me a solid understanding of the world of content creation from ideation to execution. The community was honestly one of the best parts, everyone was so supportive, creative, and fun to be around. Receiving insights from mentors who were creators themselves were valuable and made the whole journey super inspiring!
Forge was a powerful reset. I came in with years of experience, but the space helped me reconnect with my creative instincts—especially through scripting and facing the camera. What stood out most was the community: mentors like Sai, Prakriti, Rahul, Thrishal, and Advin made it feel personal, not just professional. Forge isn’t just a program—it’s a movement I’d be proud to support.
Good knowledge sharing about how screenplay is prepared and what all things are hidden inside that
Gained a newfound appreciation for screenwriting and filmmaking. To begin with, this will help me relish movies more deeply. As writers, it's easy to be engulfed by our ego that is bursting to tell a story. But the session made me realise that writing for the screen forces writers to think about the audience, more so than other mediums since the feedback is visible and instant. Thank you for initiating me into this exciting medium that enjoys immense popularity, rightly so, since I can see the work done by those in this craft.
It was quite informative and well structured. Praveen explained the elements and nuances in a vivid manner.
The initial explanation of incident and story and what makes one different from the other; and the breakdown of a script with examples and instances and detailed explanations were very helpful and comprehensive.
It was interesting to know the various aspects involved in making a movie. As a movie lover, this session felt like watching the behind-the-scenes of it and as a writer who's just started out, this session really deepened my knowledge and strengthened my goal to become both, a writer and a director. Thank you sir for your clarity during the session.

This masterclass was really good! The mentor gave a very basic idea of what screenwriting and storytelling is. I had a lot of fun understanding certain technical terminology. Overall, loved it!

the mentor praveen was awesome but i think it would have been better if there was more focus on the plot and on the idealization or the first and the basic step i personally think that thats where most aspiring people utter

I joined to understand basic process and I understood it. Now I can understand developing script and characters.
As writer I was struggling to find a goal and conflict of a story. Mr. Praveen teach as basic about how to structure a scene and what is a need and want of a scene which help to write a scene

Just attended the Basics of Filmmaking Workshop and honestly, it was way more valuable than I expected for the price. Everything was explained in such a clear and beginner-friendly way — from camera angles and lighting to storytelling and editing flow. You don’t just sit and listen; you actually understand the “why” behind each concept. Big appreciation to Rahul, the host — super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching. He broke down complex stuff into simple, practical steps that anyone could grasp. If you’re even slightly interested in filmmaking, this workshop is 100% worth it — affordable, detailed, and packed with insights that make you see films in a whole new way.

I really enjoyed the Level Up workshop and found it insightful and motivating. The topics covered were relevant, and the overall structure kept me engaged throughout. However, I believe it could be even more impactful if we included more real-life examples and practical scenarios. This would help participants connect the concepts to actual situations and better understand how to apply them in daily life or work. Seeing case studies or hearing success stories would make the lessons more relatable and memorable. Overall, it was a great experience, and with a few tweaks, it could be absolutely outstanding.

It covered a lot of topics, helping participants get a broad sense which was really helpful. The upselling was extremely obvious though, so maybe toning that down a little or having optionality of multiple shorter workshops instead could have made the overall experience much better.
This was an amazing learning experience! I never imagined that a director’s role involves such meticulous attention to detail. The knowledge you shared was truly invaluable for someone like me.
