Best workshop to understand how film industry works
It is so very good for work with film making
The level of keen and point to point explanation is so good
The way how Praveen explained each and every stage in each dept. It really useful to attend this so that we can have a different perspective in watching the film
Analysis of every scene and shot execellent.
Well most workshops are not taught in very detail. But this workshop is really good. I could say that ₹99 is well paid
For each examples show the scenes - registers the lesson better
I loved that all the basics were covered and it was orchestrated really well - more examples would have made more senses. 9/10

Unfortunately I missed the first hour as I was travelling. The second hour was fantastic. The conversational tone was great.The content presented with precise details in a simplified manner was easy to follow.

For a complete noob who only knows about loving films, it was such a great insight about what goes on back of the camera

It's was great opportunity to learn the difference between the story writting and screenplay writing with good examples from the movie scenes and I get to know the knowledge of the basic how to start write the story. Overall the session is great, where the mentor Mr. Praveen given good knowledge of screen writing.

It was an informative session. The way the mentor taught us about the basics and how to ACTUALLY write a scene and form a story was commendable. Learning the structure of it was something I was looking forward to and also knowing the difference between some terms was something I needed. Great workshop I would say.
The workshop was an amazing experience...I learned so much about character arcs, developing stories and scenes, as well as the difference between story and screenplay, theme, stakes, and conflict. As a Tamilian who enjoys movies from all languages, I really loved the way the examples were explained...they were clear, relatable, and easy to connect with. Overall, it was truly enriching and inspiring, and I’m grateful for the knowledge I gained..I'm so happy for the amount a paid..and the session was worth.. 💯🤍

This was my first filmmaking workshop and it was very helpful for me. I had no knowledge about filmmaking before, but now I understand more about shots, lenses, and basics. Thank you Rahul for sharing your experience and making it easy to understand.
The workshop refreshed me up on the whole process and gave me small worthy insights here and there, that I haven't noticed before, which hopefully is really helpful for my craft.

Yo..! I am rithu nanda, an 18 year teen from kerala. I passed my 12th grade with 92% marks but still i am stucked with my next step so i took a diction that i am taking a break for 1 year to find my way. It was pretty tough to convince my parents to convey about 1 year drope but that 11th and 12th full A+ mark sheets saved me so they allowed me to take a break bus secretly they are still mad at me becouse all my friends and my aged people are going to collages and moss of them are in another states, but i successfully breaks the rule of our society and takes a break for my mental health. So there are 2 option for me 1.Art field(bfa) 2.Film making I am interested in both equally i can draw ormake random diys happily on the other hand there is an inner content creater in my mind whenever i got a story idea i write down or i make scenes by scene in my mind also i do some editing mainly trolls and some basic edits,now i am the main editor on my family. I found happiness by making trolls of my close family members and watching others reaction and laugh and that feeling is soo good and their reactions would say how good that video was This is my story and back to the point i hope you understand my situation i always self learned about editing and cinema today was the first time i ever take a workshop about film making and it was wonderfull i take down all the notes i truelly enjoyed it it teach me alot. (i got a good news just now i got my first payment 500 rs for making an lp school onam video i shooted and edited it by my own just wanted to share this..)

Explanation is good. Scene breakdowns are good. Simple, sweet and direct teaching. Understood everything!
Proper way of explaination of each thing with recommendation and what to do and what not to do.. and how to showcase as professional from your work, not look your work as amature.
It was a fantastic workshop and incredibly insightful. It was amazing to learn about the entire process, right from the creative spark of writing the script to the practical steps of marketing and distribution. What I loved most was getting a glimpse into how every single step is crucial in bringing a story to life. It was a perfect blend of creativity and business, and it left me feeling so inspired to tell my own story.

Don’t fool people by telling live session and playing recorded session, felt horrible by replying for all questions asked by host replying like a fool. And I enrolled to karthik Subba Raj’s masterclass in 2023 and you had mentioned it would be accessable life long but now I’m not able to access and none of your team is replying, So as your host said be honest while giving feedback now I’m being honest and lost trust which you people didn’t gained.

Originality is the key to success. Believing in ourselves and simultaneously accepting the comments and customizing them according to our idea is the takeaway from the master class. The uniqueness will attract the audience instead of repeating the usual pattern.

For a beginners workshop the explanation was in a simple and easily understandable way. The teacher Praveen explained the concepts in an excellent and fun way. I was able to learn how much effort the directors actually put in for bringing out a well made movie.
It was a great session, and the host explained each process clearly and like he said it was tailor made for anyone interested in short films. Also the pro tips were great.
